To specify settings for Flash: In the Property Inspector at the bottom your Dreamweaver workspace, there is gray box to display the Flash options, click on that.
You can use these options to change how the Flash should be displayed and its file size. If you have installed the Flash program on your computer, you can click the Edit button and your Flash file will be opened in Flash in a separate window. -
Step 7

Step 8
In Property Inspector, if you mark the Loop box the Flash file will replay forever; the file will be only played once if there is no check mark in the Loop box. Check the Autoplay box if you want the Flash file to play immediately as soon as your web page loads.
-
Step 9
You can change the "Scale" setting in the Property Inspector to control if the Flash file will have a border. Also, use the "Quality" setting to determine the quality you want for your Flash file.
-
Step 10
Dreamweaver automatically creates a script file called "Scripts" to accompany it, when you create a file and saves it in a folder. For the Flash to be displayed properly, you must upload the "Scripts" folder (not just the select files) when you publish your Flash file and web page to your website root directory. Remember to preview your web page on your local browser before uploading.
