    Shower Water.
Filter chemicals and chlorine from your water by putting a filter on your shower head. They only cost about $35. The hardest part is using the wrench to unscrew the old one - need some muscle to crank it off and put the filter on.

  4. Step 4

    Drinking Water.
Get some kind of water filter or reverse osmosis system which will clear out pesticides, chlorine and other toxins. Get a stainless steel water bottle to carry your filtered water in.
