    Chocolate relaxes blood vessels so the blood flows more easily. A study showed that eating three ounces of dark chocolate a day for two weeks lowered blood pressure. A 2003 study in the Journal of American Medical Association concered that chocolate lowers blood pressure naturally.

    Red grapes contain resveratrol
    Red grapes contain resveratrol

    Red grapes have been shown to lower blood pressure in rates. Research continues on the cardiovascular effect of grapes on blood pressure.

    Vitamin C found in naturally in citris fruits such as oranges and grapefruit has been shown to lower blood pressure in research conducted by the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute.
