Does your child have diaper rash? This applies to babies, as well as toddlers and young children who refuse to wipe. Promote quick healing in a way not discussed by most parents and pediatricians. Learn the secret to eliminating painful diaper rash now.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Viva paper towels
  • Lamisol athlete's foot cream
  • Desitin clear gel
  • cool water
  1. Step 1

Wash the affected area with a Viva papertowel and cool water. DO NOT use a wipe, as this can dry out the area more.

  2. Step 2

Gently cover the affected area with Lamisil, not the type that starts as cream and turns to powder, just the regular kind. You can use the generic as well. Do not satiate the area, just gently cover it. Do not rub in.

  3. Step 3

Cover the diaper in clear Desitin cream where it will touch the affected area. Applying the Desitin to the affected area will inevitably wipe off the Lamisil, which defeats the purpose. Close the diaper. Reapply several times a day with new, dry diapers. Allow some air time on the affected area as well.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure that the baby does not touch the Lamisil and put his/her fingers in his/her mouth. The taste is very disturbing to them and they will fight any future applications.
