Step 1
Go to Wakanda Water Park.
At their website located in the resources section below, you can check for directions, dates, hours, rules, admission rates, and specials.
(Special note: Swim diapers and/or plastic pants are required for all children under the age of four.) -

On July 4th Wakanda Park is host to a city wide celebration that includes many activities such as games, live entertainment and music, a petting zoo, and more. The event ends with a fun and colorful display of fireworks over the lake.

Relax as you listen to a FREE concert performed by the Ludington Guard Band every Tuesday evening at 8 PM at Wilson Park. It has been performing since 1888 and runs starting in June until the beginning of August. Delicious homemade pie and ice cream is available for purchase during the concerts.

If you are into the performing arts, you may want to check out the Mabel Tainter Theater. Visit their website for program choices, dates and times.

If racing is more your style, The Red Cedar Speedway is the place for you. Racing starts about mid-April and runs through the summer. Races are typically held at 7PM on Fridays but check the schedule for specifics and other dates. Located next to the Dunn County Fairgrounds.

Take a tour of the Wilson Place Museum which is a nice mansion with a varied history.
