Native Americans have found that getting a hair cut during different phases of the moon affects the way your hair grows back.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

When you cut your hair did you notice split ends and damaged hair when it grew back? If so maybe you should try the Native American method in cutting hair. The gravitational pull of the moon affects many things on this earth including the tides of the ocean. Perhaps the Native American method is true, try it out and see if you see the results.

  2. Step 2

It is said that when the moon is Full that it is a very bad time to cut your hair. Why? I have no idea. I am only letting you know what my grandmother told me, and she is a Cherokee Indian.

  3. Step 3
Red is bad, yellow is ok, and green is perfect

When the moon is like a sliver, and you can barely see it, that is the time that is best to cut your hair so that it will grow back healthy. In the following picture I have included the phases of the moon showing when the best times are to cut your hair. Green phases means that it is the best time, yellow phases are okay, but red, try to avoid.
