Step 1
The first step in all exercising programs is to consult with your doctor. Than eating healthy is the next best thing. If you follow the steps below exactly you are guaranteed to drop a dress size in 21 days. You can do this in a park or on a trail, or you can use a treadmill.
Speeds:
Warm-up= 2.5-3.0
Brisk= 3-0-3.5
Power= 3.5-4.5
Cool down= 2.5-3.0 -
Step 2
Day 1 and 2 is 20 min walk
You start with a 5 min warm-up, 10 min brisk, 5 min cool down
Day 3,4,5 is 25 min walk
You start with a 5 min warm-up, 5 min brisk, 5 min power, 5 min brisk, 5 min cool down
Day 6,7,8 is a 30 min walk
You start with a 5 min warm-up, 5 min brisk, 10 min power, 5 min brisk, 5 min cool down
Day 9,10,11 is a 35 min walk
You start with a 5 min warm-up, 10 min brisk, 10 min power, 5 min brisk, 5 min cool down
Day 12,13,14 is a 40 min walk
You start with a 5 min warm-up, 10 min brisk, 20 min power alternating brisk, 5 min cool down
Day 15,16,17 is a 45 min walk
You start with a 5 min warm-up, 10 min brisk, 10 min power, 5 min brisk, 10 min power, 5 min cool down
Day 18,19,20 is a 50 min walk
You start with a 5 min warm-up, 10 min brisk, 20 min power, 5 min brisk, 5 min power, 5 min cool down
Day 21 is a 60 min walk
You start with a 5 min warm-up, 5 min brisk, 25 min power, 20 min brisk, 5 min cool down. -
Step 3
You have completed your 21 day walk and should be one dress size smaller! Good luck!

on 6/27/2009 Sounds like a good plan. One summer I ate lots of broiled fish and other healthy foods and took 45 minute to 1 hour walks in the woods almost daily. I lost weight and really trimmed up.
