Things You'll Need:
- Blender
- 3 LG Fresh Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 packet of High Fiber Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
- 1/4 cup Splenda (or similar)
- 1 8oz Strawberry Yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups Crushed Ice
- 1/2 cup soy or low fat milk
- A tall glass
- A spoon
-
Step 1
Chop strawberries into at least 4 pieces, making sure to remove the green leafy parts on the top. You will not need to chop up the rest of the ingredients. Simply add them you the blender.
-
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well for a delicious and filling smoothie that is full of goodness! Serves 1, but you could easily double this recipe to make more than 1 serving.
-
Step 3
For your guests or as a surprise morning treat you could embellish with a straw and a fresh strawberry with two or three blueberries on top. This smoothie makes a great summer time breakfast drink.
