Tweet Quotes!
Do a google search for quotes. I like to use keywords for the day, event or emotion.
Search Examples:
Tuesday Quotes
Love Quotes
Happy Quotes
Famous QuotesSure you get the idea.
Then, when you do post a quote, be sure to add the hashtag at the end:
#quotes
The reason for this, your quote will show up on the twitter "master list" with everyone else sharing quotes. This can also be a nice place to find quotes already posted and simply ReTweet the ones used.
To find them, go to search on twitter and type in #quotes.

Content of Interest.
If you are all about a product, place, blog, website, hobby or whatever you are into, then tweet using those keywords that will connect your followers to you.
EXAMPLE:
