Step 1
I never realized that some people had difficulty figuring out how to change the theme to their myspace page. However when my mom began using myspace she was like a lost puppy. I figured for all of those out there with no prior background PC knowledge, this little guide would help them make their myspace page unique with new themes!

Step 2
The first thing you will want to do is sign in to your myspace page. You will be taken to the home page. Look for a link that says EDIT PROFILE. Click it.

Next you will want to open up a new window in order to go browsing for themes outside of Myspace. Do this by going up to the left side of your PC monitor. You will see a little link up at the top that says FILE. Click It. Now browse down and click on the one that says NEW WINDOW. Click it.
This will open up a brand new page. Go to Google and search for myspace backgrounds. One of my favorite sites for backgrounds is www.whateverlife.com. -
Step 4
After you find the theme you like, you will click on it. You will see a huge HTML code, copy and past this code by highlighting the entire area with your mouse. After you have the area highlighted, click the right button on your mouse, and choose COPY from the list.

Step 5
Next go back to the window that has your Myspace edit profile page open.
In the about me section, simply click the right mouse button again, and hit paste. The HTML code will be saved, and your new theme can be seen on your page!
