Step 1
Stretch your whole body before any exercise rather it be slow jogging, running or strenuous weight lifting. Stretching increases the blood flow to your organs and supply the much needed nutrition to them when needed within the short time period of exercise.
-
Step 2
Keep your body in a nice straight posture. It will allow the maximum amount of air to your lungs at a smooth rate. The maximum amount of air will supply the maximum amount of oxygen needed by your lungs. It will make your exercise or job less strenuous and more enjoyable.
-
Step 3
Listen to your body signs. If you are having hard time jogging, slow down. Fast walking is not a bad idea if you can't jog. You can slowly build up your stamina of jogging starting with fast walk and working your way upto jogging.
-
Step 4
Jogging with the right pace keeping the right posture will give your body the right results. You will feel a more fresher and cleaner body after a good half an hour to an hour jog.
-
Step 5
Keep jogging regularly. Keeping a routine of jogging will make your body stronger over time. A routine work out over time will bring you far better results as compared to a one time deal.
-
Step 6
Don't forget to stretch again after the jog. It allows for better recovery from the stress and strain of jogging. Again the idea is better blood flow for more nutrient supply and fast removal of nitrogen waste and lactic acid build up of muscles.
