How to Play Facebook Metropolis

Create a city of your own to reflect yourself on Facebook's social networking site - in Metropolis! Populate it with people, build building and businesses and cultivate your population. It's yours!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Instructions

1. Start by naming your world. Pretty much adding "town", "city" or "ville" on the end of your name creates one that is all yours - and is validating to boot!

2. Invite friends to be members of your new city - after all, this is a social-networking site, and visiting and making new friends is part and parcel of the deal. Making connections is also important - connect your city to others and watch and your community grows!

3. Build buildings and gain income from your structures. Make sure they're not eyesores or money-guzzlers and contribute to the community. Start by buying the right kind of lot and then building establishments that either make money to increase your revenue or that increase the safety and happiness of your community. That's a REAL community leader!

4. Get the President to help! You can use your Favor points to get help from the President - how much more realistic can you get?? Use them to add population to your town, increase their happiness, or even add money to your community kitty. Metropolis can be a fun world, with no limits and much potential!
