Make A Salad With Red Leaf Lettuce, Spinach and Fresh Strawberries

One of my favorite fruits is fresh strawberries. Strawberries are excellent source of antioxidant and also one of the berries that helps to reduce fat in the stomach area. When making that salad with your meal adding strawberries provides an excellent ingredient that will give your salad that extra zip. If you are looking for a excellent addition to your dinner, or a refreshing meal for lunch, a salad is a great choice. Whether is it soup and salad, salad alone, or combined with your main course meal. This recipe is quick, simple and taste great.
