If you are anything like me, one of the things you hate to hear is "NO".
Some people have been known to go into great fits of rage or great depression. For this reason I choose to write article giving tips on "How To Deal With "NO""

Difficulty: Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The first step we all must take before acting on a "NO" is to take a second, a breathe, to stop us from acting without thinking.

  2. Step 2

The next step is to understand why the "NO" was given. A "NO" is not always a bad thing. Understanding why a "NO" is given should bring us to the right response to that "NO".

  3. Step 3

Think what action should be taken before you act. Sometimes no action is any other action.
Action for the sake of action is a very dangerous thing.

  4. Step 4

In considering what action you should take and deeming the action you have chosen is the right action, then act.
