Step 1
When staging your home walk outside an look at it from a distance. What do you see? Is the grass cut and green, look at the windows of the home are they clean. Is the front door welcoming. Look at your home like you were going to buy it. Then do the same for the whole house one room at a time. Make sure to open all closets and see how someone looking in would see it.

Step 2
After you have assessed your home choose one room to start with. We like to start from the outside in and make sure that all areas of your outside living space a presentable. Take away all excess lawn toys and clutter. Arrange any deck or patio furniture. Add some floral arrangements or potted plants to outdoor tables.

When the outside suites your needs then work your way indoors. Make sure the living room is bright and cheerful. If you are looking to sell your home in the summertime be sure that you take away anything that is very personal too many photos, books, clutter anything that will distract the home buyer from seeing the true beauty of your home. When a potential home buyer sees your home they want to in vision it their own, with their own things in it. Then go through your home and do the same for each room.

Step 4
Child modelsGo through all the living spaces in your home. Pay special attention to where children play and their bedrooms. Make sure all toys and games are put away neatly in their closets. If you have to buy some plastic bins to keep them out of the way and store toys if they no longer play with them but still want to keep them. Look at all the walls in the child's room looking out for crayon marks or any ware and tare signs and very simply clean or repair. Make sure all rooms are bright with as much natural sunlight and all beds in the home are made with extra touches of pillows and throws with the colors of summer.

Step 5
Spa BathroomAnother room to pay special detail to is your master bathroom. Make it spa like and relaxing. Beautiful white fluffy towels, light colored candles, use colors like white, orange, light green. Make your master bath feel like it is a spa retreat. Little touches of flowers add a very airy summertime feel.
