Step 1
Sweet Potatoes can be very tasty however; there is a way to spice up the basic sweet potato for an occasional treat. Twice Stuffed Sweet Potatoes are a great treat and they go well with a roast or chicken as a side dish. You will need between 4-6 Sweet Potatoes, 1 cup milk, 1 Tablespoon garlic powder, 1 Teaspoon salt, 1 Teaspoon pepper, ½ cup parsley flakes, ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, ½ stick of butter, and paprika for final garnish.

Bake Sweet Potatoes at 350 for about 60 minutes, remove from oven, and allow cooling for about 20 minutes. Slice potatoes in half, remove center of potato and place contents in a large mixing bowl. Next, add butter, milk, parsley, and all seasonings, beat with electric mixer for about 2 minutes.

You then add milk and cheese mix again for about an additional minute. Take potato skins and fill with potato mixture that you prepared. Place paprika on top for a final garnish, return to oven for 20 minutes serve.
