There is an easier way to paint your toe nails than most people think. There is a technique that makes painting your own toe nails an art. The following article describes the easier way to paint your own toe nails.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Pick a good toe paint. Don't be afraid to spend a little more money on a good product. There are many new products these days that have advanced formulas that will not only help enhance the look of your toe but also may help reduce any infections or imperfections that your toes may have.

  2. Step 2

Once you have selected the color and polish of your choice start in the bottom middle of the toe nail and press the brush onto the nail creating a fan with the brush. Pull the brush outward towards the end of your toe trying to cover the whole nail with one stroke. Repeat same technique by starting at the right side moving up towards the end of the toe and then switch to the left.

  3. Step 3

Finish with a good clear gloss coat over the nail you just painted to ensure paint stays on without any chipping or scratching. Find a gloss, clear coat that will also protect your nails while you are at it. The clear coat paint will also help the first color coat dry quicker.

Tips & Warnings
  • Place cotton balls between each toe for easier painting
