The easiest place to find grocery coupons is in any Sunday paper. Grab a cup of coffee, a scissors and start clipping coupons weekly. Separate coupons into piles - ones you need and coupons you'll swap later for ones you need.

Organize a coupon swap with similar minded folks by putting up a notice on local bulletin boards. Invite others to meet at a public location at a certain date and time, such as a local library on June 15 from 1-2 pm to swap coupons. Put your exact needs on the notice, such as pet food coupons or paper goods.

Search the fresh meat counter at your grocery store for items with short sale dates. These items frequently have a $2 off coupon attached right to the front of the meat - a great way to save money if you're planning on cooking the meat immediately.

Tips & Warnings
Check with your local grocery to see if they'll accept expired grocery coupons. A lot of stores are starting to do this as times become harder.
I always drop off a few coupons at the grocery store, next to items I don't need but someone else might want.
Note: not all stores may accept online coupons or printable coupons. Best to check before you get to the checkout line.
