Things You'll Need:
- Three baseballs

Step 1
Start with one baseball. Toss it back and forth between your hands, about as high as your head. Do not reach for the ball. Let it land in your hand.

Step 2
Now take two baseballs and put one in each hand. Throw the first ball. When it reaches its maximum height, throw the other ball. Catch the first ball and then catch the second, alternating hands.

Step 3
Place two balls in your dominant hand. These balls will be thrown "first" and "third. Place the last baseball in your other hand. This ball will be thrown "second." Use the same throws you practiced in the first step. Throw the balls in the right order and let them fall into your hands.

Step 4
Try to alternate hands. This should be done once you have practiced and mastered step three.

Step 5
Repeat step four. Instead of catching the balls and stopping, continue throwing them. Once you have this done, you are officially juggling.
