How to Clean Silestone
Silestone is a popular manufactured quartz countertop and flooring surface produced by Cosentino, S.A., of Spain. It is widely available at home-improvement stores and from independent dealers. Silestone has built-in Microban protection, is non-porous and comes in a large selection of colors and patterns. Quartz is one of the hardest elements in the world, surpassed only by diamond, topaz and sapphire. This makes Silestone highly durable and scratch- and stain-resistant. It also does not need sealing and is easy to clean. Does this Spark an idea?

Tips & Warnings
Although Silestone is extremely stain resistant, do not allow tea, wine, vinegar, coffee or citrus juices to dry on it. Avoid getting oven cleaners, Liquid-Plumr, Drano or floor strippers on your Silestone, as these products may discolor it. Limit bleach use to less than 5 minutes.
