How to Use a Dremel on Hooves
Horse hooves are not as indestructible as you might think. Think of them less as bones--which they are not--and more like fingernails. The only time you are bothered by fingernails is when they crack, split or are otherwise damaged. To maintain optimal hoof health for horses, you must keep them trimmed and cleaned. Though this was done by hand for eons, the invention of the Dremel has changed the way hooves are cared for. With a Dremel and the right attachment, you can keep your black stallion happy and riding like the wind.

Tips & Warnings
Never attempt to use a Dremel on a horse's hooves if the horse is not responding well to the noise or sensation. Always place your body away from the horse's hoof to prevent being kicked.
