Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Gain self confidence by surrounding yourself with confident and happy people. Outside influences are very important factors that affect our own confidence and happiness. By being in that positive environment, you will be affected by these happy people and adopt their traits without trying.

  2. Step 2

Gain self confidence and love yourself by first love your image. Lots of people have low confidence and self esteem because they think that their body is not very attractive. The truth is nobody has a so called “perfect body” compared to the models that appear in the magazines. First of all, many of them starve themselves to be super skinny to survive in the modeling industry. Secondly, photos in magazines are digitally enhanced with Adobe photoshop to cover all the flaws of that particular model and further enhance her body to perfection.

  3. Step 3

Gain self confidence and love yourself by putting your best face forward. Nobody is ugly; it just that everyone need to dress up a little bit to enhance their best features. Even top celebrities are not perfect and rely on cosmetics to shine on the red carpet. Find the look that enhances your features and body is an important step to a more confident and happy you.
