Instructions

    • 1

Apply vitamin E oil on the scar tissue two to three times a day. Vitamin E helps skin regenerate.

    • 2

Mix a solution of water and baking soda in a bowl. Massage the scar tissue with the solution for one minute, twice a day to exfoliate the scarred layers of skin. Rinse with lukewarm water and rub a thin layer of olive oil over the scar to rejuvenate the skin.

    • 3

Apply natural substances that have a high content of fatty acids, vitamins, antioxidants and other nutrients such as jojoba oil, grapeseed oil, active manuka honey and shea butter to your scars on a daily basis. Rotate usage of these substances.

    • 4

Rub natural skin-repairing body lotion on your scars on a daily basis. This lotion must contain at least 50 percent active ingredients to increase the collagen and elastin in your skin.

    • 5

Increase your intake of vitamins C, K, E, D and A as well as silica and zinc by eating a healthy diet of organic foods. If you do not get enough of these vitamins and minerals in your diet, take multivitamins and additional supplement tablets. By increasing your intake of vital nutrients you facilitate the healing process.

    • 6

Eat high-quality unsaturated fats. You can also supplement with omega-3 fish and flaxseed oil. This will help strengthen your skin's cell walls.

Tips & Warnings

  • Do not use all the substances on your face at the same time. Rotate usage of these products throughout the day.
