How to Naturally Fade/Remove Facial Scars
Scars from acne and injuries can be embarrassing, especially when they are on your face. Luckily, you can fade facial scars by exfoliating and moisturizing with a number of natural substances as well as eating a diet high in certain nutrients. Things You'll Need
- Vitamin E oil
- Olive oil
- Water
- Baking soda
- Jojoba oil
- Grapeseed oil
- Active manuka honey
- Shea butter
- Natural skin-repairing body lotion
- Omega-3 fish or flaxseed oil
- Vitamin C, K, E, D, A, silica and zinc

Apply vitamin E oil on the scar tissue two to three times a day. Vitamin E helps skin regenerate.

Mix a solution of water and baking soda in a bowl. Massage the scar tissue with the solution for one minute, twice a day to exfoliate the scarred layers of skin. Rinse with lukewarm water and rub a thin layer of olive oil over the scar to rejuvenate the skin.

Apply natural substances that have a high content of fatty acids, vitamins, antioxidants and other nutrients such as jojoba oil, grapeseed oil, active manuka honey and shea butter to your scars on a daily basis. Rotate usage of these substances.

Rub natural skin-repairing body lotion on your scars on a daily basis. This lotion must contain at least 50 percent active ingredients to increase the collagen and elastin in your skin.

Increase your intake of vitamins C, K, E, D and A as well as silica and zinc by eating a healthy diet of organic foods. If you do not get enough of these vitamins and minerals in your diet, take multivitamins and additional supplement tablets. By increasing your intake of vital nutrients you facilitate the healing process.

Eat high-quality unsaturated fats. You can also supplement with omega-3 fish and flaxseed oil. This will help strengthen your skin's cell walls.
