Here is a desert that will taste so good it will be hard to convince someone that they are eating healthy.

Refined grains and foods made from them are linked to weight gain and increased health risk factors such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, high cholesterol, hypertension, and so forth. Consuming more dietary fiber, such as wheat bran, makes us 49% less likely to gain weight, and improves our overall health, so why wouldn't we want to eat more whole grains? Not only that, but the consumption of whole grains helps to reduce gall stones and irregularity, and lower the risks of cancers that attack women and reduce the frequency of asthma attacks by 50%. This is not me talking, You can read for yourself at Worlds Healthiest Foods. I've attached the link at the bottom. Just to make this recipe even healthier we add apples, and I can't say enough good about them!
