Things You'll Need:
- Two iPhones
- Mover app
- Wifi Network connection
-
Step 1
Make sure that both iPhones are connected to the same WiFi network. You can confirm this by going to General > WiFi.
-
Step 2
Install the Mover app from the App Store. As of this writing the App is free.
-
Step 3
Once installed, tap on the Mover icon on the sending iPhone to open the application. You will see a blank gray field.
-
Step 4
Hit the plus sign in the lower left-hand corner. A menu will pop up giving you the options to add an image from the existing camera rolls on your iPhone, take a new photo or add a contact.
-
Step 5
Once you've selected the images and contacts you want to share, they will appear in Mover's gray field as separate icons that you can move with your finger.
-
Step 6
Start the Mover app on the iPhone that you are sending the pictures and contacts to. You will see an arrow appear with the name of the other iPhone.
* Note: The arrow can appear at the top or sides. As far as I can tell there is no way to control which. -
Step 7
Now to send the pictures, just flick them in the direction of the arrow off of the screen. You will see the arrow on the other iPhone turn blue to show it is working.
-
Step 8
Shortly afterward the picture or contact will appear in the Mover app of the other iPhone. The Images and Contacts are automatically saved to the camera roll or Contacts list on the other iPhone.
-
Step 9
You can delete items you selected from Mover's field by hitting Edit. Then just tap the ones you want to delete. Closing and reopening Mover also clears the field of all the selections you made.
