Step 1
When working at your computer or doing desk work, keep your back straight. Maintain great posture. At first, it might seem uncomfortable or odd, but soon having great posture will be routine and you may see a reduction in your headaches.

Stretch. Stand up straight and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Hold for 3 seconds and release. Repeat. This can help to relieve stress and strain.

Constantly check your posture in the mirror. Many people are not aware of how bad their posture is.

Do not always carry heavy purses, groceries or a baby carrier with the same arm. This can trigger headaches due to a shoulder imbalance.
