Juggling is not only a form of entertainment, but it also improves your hand-eye coordination. It's not as hard as you might think. And relax: You don't have to start by juggling four chainsaws. You can start with one ball.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Three balls
  1. Step 1

Start with one ball. Toss it back and forth between your hands, and throw it about as high as your head. Do not reach for the ball. Let it land in your hand. This is the basic form for juggling.

  2. Step 2

Hold two balls, one in each hand. Throw the first ball. When it reaches its highest point, throw the other ball. Catch the first ball, followed by the second.

  3. Step 3

Place two balls in your dominant hand. Throw these balls "first" and "third." Place the last ball in your other hand. Throw this ball "second." Use the same throw that you used in Step 1. Throw the balls in the proper order and let them fall into your hands.

  4. Step 4

Switch hands (two balls in your weaker hand and one in the other), once you have mastered the movement.

  5. Step 5

Repeat the movement. Instead of catching the balls and stopping, keep throwing them. You are juggling!

Tips & Warnings
  • Stay relaxed. Be persistent. Do not worry if you drop the balls. This is natural. You will find your own rhythm.
