2. For detailed info of state and local tax rates, go to the website of the tax collection agency for your state. A link to the page with links to the agencies for all states is provided in the resource section below.

3. At the tax collection agency website for your state, look for a link designated sales/use tax. Be sure to read any instructions and check frequently asked questions for any specific rules for your state.
