  • Old recipes
  • points calculator

  1. Step 1

    First find a free list of weight watchers food ingredients with point values to make your recipes.

  2. Step 2

    Make your list breaking each food recipe ingredient into groups like meats, vegetables, etc. to use for your recipes.

  3. Step 3

    Write down the weight watchers point values of each of the food groups to use for your recipes.
