Heard of the apple and water body cleanse? It is a 3 day, once a month cleanse to clean the body of toxins. If you don't know how to do this cleanse and want to give it a try, then follow theses step-by-step instructions.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Water
  • Apples
  • Your body
  1. Step 1

    The first thing you must do is strongly decide that you are going to do this and stick with it for three days. If you are doing this to loose a bit of weight, then weigh yourself. If you are doing this to clear up your acne, or improve your acne, then take before and after pictures.

  2. Step 2

    Start this cleanse at 12:00am. If you go to bed earlier, then you can start at that time. Just remember the time you started.

  3. Step 3

    From here, all you need is apples and water. The only thing you can eat is apples and the only thing you can drink is water.

  4. Step 4

    Through these three days, eat as many apples as you want. Drink all the water you want or need. You generally need at LEAST eight cups of water a day.

  5. Step 5

    After your three days are up, you can drink a cup of grape juice, just to get your appetite back to normal. Get on the scale and see how much weight you have lost.

  6. Step 6

    Do not just jump to foods after your three days are over. Gradually work your way up. Start with softer foods like yogurt and oatmeal. Enjoy a cleaner body.

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not go off and on through the three days.
  • Do not eat or drink anything but apples and water.
  • Do not immediately go to food after your three days are up.
  • If you are pregnant or have health problems, consult a doctor before you try this cleanse.

on 9/27/2009 This IS a great way to cleanse your body and to feel great! No problem eating only apples and drinking only water. What a natural way to cleanse! And, it's only three days. Unless someone has health issues, most people will have no problem with it. After the first day, the second one is a real challenge, but by the third day, I am a bit down thinking about starting back with other foods because I feel SO good! Great ideas about not going guns-ahead with one's regular eating routine. You've spurred me to get on the 3 day apple cleansing again soon! I always loose weight in additon to feeling better than ever. 5*'s

on 7/10/2009 Wow.. have you tried this? Did you lose weight? What was the results? Please, keep in mind your body also needs proteins, iron, calcium, folic acid to maintain good health. Isn't 3 days a little too extreme? Thats a lot of fiber.. good luck..
