Lose arm fat

Its Summer! And it's time to show off those Biceps and triceps! The quick and easy E-how tutorial will show you how to get those flabby arms in shape quick!

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A Weight(one that is a comfortable weight for you)
  • A chair
  1. Step 1

The best way to lose arm fat is to use a few specific cardio exercises that eliminate fat from all over your body
You can tone and slim down your flabby arms with direct exercises, but a quicker way to lose the fat in your arms is surprisingly enough... jumping on a mini-trampoline.

Ok we are going to start with the right arm first. Place your left hand on the chair and bend down.

  2. Step 2

Grip the weight in your right hand firmly.

  3. Step 3

Now lift your right elbow so it is straight.

  4. Step 4

Now what you want to do is thrust your ARM all the way back and all the way forward.

  5. Step 5

Continue to do this for about 10 minutes on each arm everyday and in no time your biceps and triceps will be in perfect shape!
