How to look your best at the beach quickly.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Have you ever heard the expression "tan fat looks better than pale fat"?
Even if you've got a few extra pounds, having a tan before you go to the beach can make you look and feel much better. Don't fry yourself in the tanning beds though; in a couple of years the wrinkles will look even less attractive. Instead slap on a bit on self tanner or go to a spray tanning both to get some color.

  2. Step 2

Find a bathing suit that looks good on you. Even if you're a size 2 squeezing yourself into a size 0 suit is only going to create lumps and bumps which are so not attractive. No one is going to see the tags except for you, cut them off if it makes you feel better.

  3. Step 3

The day before you go to the beach drink lots of water with lemon. This will cause you to get rid of some of your water weight and will make you less bloated which is always a plus.

  4. Step 4

Do a good job of removing whatever hair you remove before going to the beach. Its a lot harder to feel hot when you spot a bit patch of missed hair.

  5. Step 5

Pay attention to the way you hold your body. You never see models with slumped shoulders or sitting cross legged in the sand. Stretch yourself out when you're sitting and stand straight when you're walking. One of the most flattering positions is to lie on your towel with your legs slightly bent and prop yourself up a bit on your elbows. This keeps your stomach flat and your legs long, while still allowing you to take in the scene.
