Step 1
Check out TwitPic.com. With TwitPic, your Twitter login info is all you need to start sharing photos. Upload a photo to the site, add a comment about the photo if you wish, and it will automatically be added as a tweet on your Twitter profile, which links to the TwitPic url of your new photo. If you look at the photo on TwitPic, you can even see how many times that photo was viewed. Additionally, others who are uploading pics on TwitPic see the most recently added photos and may choose to follow you.

Step 2
Photobucket users can easily tweet photos straight from Photobucket now. Hover over your photo and look for the Twitter icon to be taken to Twitgoo, a service very similar to to TwitPic, but conveniently done straight from your photo album.
-
Step 3
If you use Flickr, you can also share your photos using SnapTweet.com. It will share your most recent Flickr photo if given your Flick url. Also, you can send your message to SnapTweet on Twitter as a direct message, and you can tweet your latest photo.

Step 4
Finally, Yfrog is very convenient for posting photos on Twitter. You can choose to upload the photo from your computer or use the picture's url. This site makes it quick and easy to Tweet a photo whichever way you choose.
