Spring time!

Awsome meatballs and gravy with mashed potatoes!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Hamburger, eggs, bread crumbs, onion, seasoning, potatoes, milk and butter.
  1. Step 1

First of all I make my meatballs just like I make meatloaf. Mix up hamburger, bread crumbs, eggs, whatever seasonings you like. Put in hot skillet and brown on all sides until done. Drain. Pour gravy over the meat balls and let simmer. The longer the better.

  2. Step 2

While that is on simmer make your mashed potatoes. Peel as many potatoes as you think you might need, cut into small cubes.and place into boiling water. Boil until the potatoes are soft.

  3. Step 3

Remove from heat and drain. Mash adding milk and butter as needed. You can tell when you get the right consistancy. Serve with any vegetable or a nice salad. As far as the gravy goes I choose to use those little gravy packets. All you do is add a cup of water to it and it is great.

  4. Step 4

Also the beef gravy works the best. You can use any kind of gravy you like. Enjoy!!
