The second step is to look for some positive points about your job, anything no matter how big or small it may be. Once you pinpoint what they are try and focus one them at least once a day and this will help with your overall happiness as well.

The third step is to create a diversion for yourself. Constantly doing the same activities every day can get very boring. Try breaking this up by drawing for a short time or using a stress ball. This will break up your routine, make you more productive, and make your day go by much quicker as well.
