Decorating for Fall is my favorite time of year ... yes, even more than Christmas! And although I still love the rich, warm traditional colors of autumn, I have really been captivated by those white pumpkins! White pumpkins just stand out in the crowd and maybe that's why. And you can really add them to any decor, be it casual, country or classic, they fit right in. Here are some ideas to get your started on your Fall white pumpkin decor:

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1
    Painted White Pumpkin

Try stenciling or painting a white pumpkin. I like this classic look from Better Homes and Gardens. Placed on a black stand, it really blends into any decor. You could also use an urn or even a cake stand to display your painted pumpkin.

  2. Step 2
    Monogrammed White Pumpkin

Monogram your white pumpkin for a welcoming look on your porch or foyer. You can paint the letter on, or carve it. You can even use decorative studs!

  3. Step 3
    White Pumpkin Display

Don't have white pumpkins? That's OK, just SPRAY PAINT them white! I took these weathered orange pumpkins and spray painted them white. Then I set them in a display stand and tied decorative autumn ribbon around them. This display only cost me a few dollars in paint and ribbons, now that's decorating on a budget!

Tips & Warnings
  • If you cannot find white pumpkins, just paint your pumpkins white.
