If you sing, record his favorite song by you. Rent a tuxedo, buy or rent a expensive gown, get access to a limo for a minimum of two hours where you can both enjoy the ride and step out periodically at beautiful locations to take pictures before ending up at the end of the two hour limousine rental at a pier to take a short cruise where there is dancing and dinner offered during a moonlight cruise. Don't forget to include enough money to take cab service home if you can not find away to have your own car parked some where near the pier without him knowing it.
