Cream cheese and apples just seem to go well together. These cream cheese apple turnovers are easy to make and there's room for adding some of your favorite nuts or flavorings. Made with crescent rolls they can be served with whip cream or ice cream, tasty but not too sweet. They can be frozen or chilled; ready for a light snack on the run. Cream cheese apple turnovers are great as a picnic treat or dinner dessert. This recipe is for two servings.
