    Leading a balance life is another key stress buster. Most of us try to do too much and this leads to stress. Know what you can handle and get done. Have a good balance and you will ward off stress much easier.

    Planning is something else we should do more of as well. My having plans in place you are much more likely to succeed and the chances of stress creeping in your life will be a lot tougher.

    Reward yourself for things you do well. Many times we get down on ourselves instead of rewarding for a job well done.
