Step 1
Cardio Machines – Cardio machines are my absolute favorite way to burn calories. If you have a gym that you belong to, you could mix up which cardio machines you use every day. Another option is to buy a cardio machine for your home such as a stationary bike or elliptical and use this at least 30 minutes a day.

Step 2
Jogging - Jogging for 30 minutes or walking briskly is a great exercise for burning body fat. If you have a dog, consider taking him/her along to get them the extra exercise as well.

Climbing Stairs - If you don't have stairs in your home, there are various other places in your town that probably have stairs you can use. Some examples include college campuses, libraries, coliseums, businesses that have closed down for the day, etc. Look around while you’re out and try to find stairs that you could use to get your heart rate up.

Lunges - You can either do standing lunges or walking lunges to burn the fat. Standing lunges would include standing in one place while alternating your lunges. You can also walk while lunging. It may look a little funny but who cares - these are great for burning calories!

Step 5
Jumping Rope - Standing in one place and using a jump rope is another awesome burning body fat exercise. The faster you go, the more calories you will burn.

Step 6
Dancing – Dancing is also a great fat burning cardio exercise. If you don't know how to dance, consider taking up a class such as swing dancing, salsa dancing, or another fast-paced dance. This can be a great way to burn some calories while having fun.
