    • White or Cream 20lb paper for your Job Interview Thank You Letter

        Type your address at the top of the page. Include street, city, state and zip code. Type your contact information, including telephone and email address after your physical address. Skip a line

        Type the interviewer's name and title or company name. Follow this on the next two lines with the company's street address, city and zip code. Skip a line and add the salutation.

        Thank the interviewer for his time in the first paragraph of the thank you letter. Additionally, reaffirm your belief that your skills match the company's needs and that you are the best candidate for the position.
