Step 1
Find out the size of your breasts. Size matters to give you the full support you need. You may have read about the measurements under your breasts and on your bust area. These are only two measurements which will not exactly give you your correct size. To get a more accurate size go to the bra size calculator and follow the instructions in the following site:
www.85b.org
This site calculates your bra size throuh three measurements, instead of two. It also gives you your international bra size. Highly recommended through personal experience. -
Step 2
Find your perfect-fitting bra. There are bras for every type of breasts; you just need to know where to look for it. Bras are suppose to fit you perfectly with no overflowing on top or sides, no rising of the back, no bubbles or wrinkles, no double breast, and no pinching or pain. Your breasts are delicate and need support. Without the support your breasts will slowly sag and may produce back pains. It is also very important to wear supportive sports bras if you are an active individual. The constant up and down movement of your breasts slowly stretches the skin making your breasts slowly sag.
To get the perfect bras for your breasts go to this site and click on "get my bra":
www.zafu.com
This site will ask you 7 - 8 questions in regards to your breasts to provide you with the perfect fitting bra. I highly recommend this from personal experience. -
Step 3
Know about the types of bras. Since our breasts have specific needs, there are different types of bras to meet these needs:
Full Bra - Provides full support with underwire and full coverage
Demi Bra - Supports breasts with half coverage
Padded Bra - Adds lift to smaller breasts
Underwire Bra - Provides support and maintains the shape of the breasts
Strapless Bra - Provides enough support, comes without straps
Convertible Bra - Supportive with detachable straps to meet one's needs
T-Shirt Bra - No raised seam to appear invisible under tight clothing
Minimizer Bra - Lessens the appearance of large breasts by 1 or 2 sizes
Maximizer/Push-Up Bra - Gives a more natural fuller look to breasts
Sports Bra - Comfortable and Supportive for active women
Maternity Bra - Supports the changes of the breasts through pregnancy
Nursing Bra - Supportive with flap which can open for breastfeeding -
Step 4
Be proud. You are on your way to a better fitting bra.
