Step 1
The First step in setting up a Google Adsense account is to click on the following link: https://www.google.com/adsense/g-app-single-1

After you've done this, you'll be on the Google Adsense registration page, here, you'll need to fill in your website or blog url (the name thats in the address bar)as well as your personal information for tax purposes.

Next, you'll need to read the Adsense Policies and Procedures.

After agreeing to the Policies and Procedures set forth by Google, you will click the box to the left of Policies and Procedures.

The next screen that will come up, will have you verify that all your information is correct.

After verifying that all the information is correct, you will then select your login id information and then click the submit button.

Google will review your site and assuming it isn't offensive or objectionable will generally approve you within a week oftentimes, within a day.
