- Face -
The regimen you should follow for your face can really vary from person to person, so there is no one size fits all here. Since there are many different types of skin out there you need to focus on your personal skin to help keep it in its best possible condition. when shopping for face creams, cleansers you want to make sure you get the right one. Never use regular bar soap on your face which can dry it out and leave it dull.
You should also use a face exfoliating cream once a week to remove dead skin cells and show off beautiful glowing skin. Apply a facial moisturizer on a daily basis. if you are in the sun often or even go outdoors for just a little bit, make sure it includes a SPF. The earlier you take care of your face, the longer it will look young and vibrant. Also use an eye cream around the delicate eye area.

- Chest and neck areas -
These are spots many of us miss as we do our skin regimen, but these are often some of the most sensual places to be touched. Besides that they are often exposed for others to see, so we should want them looking their best. You should use a body scrub on these areas once a week. Make sure you use a gentle exfoliater to these areas. Since these areas tend to have few oil glands they are prone to dryness, so you don't want to over do it.
Also you want to do it the right way which is by gliding your hand back and fourth instead of rubbing it in, which causes to much friction. Now when you are done it is time to moisturize. You should extend the face creams down to this area since these areas are often exposed to the sun and require a good cream. Remember that a thick or rich cream will not be absorbed well on the chest and the neck areas. Consider using a anti-aging product with a SPF on your face and down to your neck and chest to protect it.

- Arms -
You want to have smooth beautiful looking arms and remember your arms are shown often all year long. You should use a body scrub on your arms once a week. If you choose to remove the hair from your arms be careful how you do it. The hair on your arms tend to be finer then the hair that grows on your legs and bikini area, so waxing is less painful on the arms. you want to also beware that you could get red bumps from shaving your arms that are often hard to treat.
Everyday after a shower you should use a hydrating lotion to lock moisture into your skin.

- Legs -
Legs actually have very few oil glands on them, so they tend to be dry. You should keep them hydrated well with a good regimen. Start the regimen in the shower with a body wash containing oil, since it also helps us to shave our legs and get a smoother finish. Wait until the end of your shower to shave your legs to allow them to soak in some moisture and make it easier.
Also you should exfoliate your legs at least once a week to help remove dead skin. When you down with your shower pat dry your legs and then apply a good hydrating lotion, cream or body butter.

- Back and butt areas -
These areas tend to produce more oil then other areas on your body which can also mean more break outs. To help reduce any backne or even buttne then follow this regimen. Wash these areas with a salicylic body wash. of course it can be hard to reach these areas so use a loafah or another tool made for reaching these areas. Many times people miss these areas because they have problems reaching them, but since they are more likely to break outs you should never skip them.
Exfoliate the areas at least once a week as well to remove any dead skin cells and uncover fresh beautiful skin. If you have frequent break outs in these areas then you can use the same zit zapping medications and treatments you use on your face on these areas. You can even use face masks on these areas and follow the same rules you would use on your face. Use a hydrating lotion on these areas when you are done.

- Stomach -
The stomach can be a very sensual sex area on your body. Don't let hair get in the way! Many women forget to shave the line leading down your belly button and it can be unappealing for many men. When you shave this area it can lead to ingrown hair which are also unsightly so be careful. You may chose to wax this area as well as your bikini area to make the hair grow back slower.
However if you decide to go with the good old fashioned, (and less painful) shaving then just swipe a presoaked formulated to eliminate ingrown hair and bumps and also soothe redness. After you are done moisturize the area well to keep it smooth and less irritated.
