There are too many trampolines in the market.
Do you know how to choose a good round trampoline.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Trampoline pad
Trampoline pad usually consists of two parts: cushion foam and cover
Cushion foam commonly used are EPE, EVA and polyurethane.
EPE is not recommended especially when used after a period of time, its cushion ability will be week thus hiding great danger as underneath are springs
There are basically there kinds of EVA : 2500EVA 1800 EVA 1600 EVA
And its cushion and rebound ability are 2500<1800<1600
As polyurethane, so far I know not used very widely
The foam thickness is also very important.
Trampoline on market now are usually 1 inch in thickness
But don't forget the foam type when you pursue pad thickness
Another good easy way to judge it is from its warranty
Trampoline pad cover are usually PVC. Good PVC will give your good touch feeling and the pad looks flat and beautiful.

  2. Step 2

    Trampoline springs
Spring provides bounce so it is very important.
You can judge it from its length, wire size and coil diameter.
    the optimum for a 14ft trampoline is 96X8.5-inch springs (84X8.5-inch for a 12ft trampoline)
Unless you are buying a budget trampoline,
try to avoid trampolines that have shorter/fewer springs.
Also there is zinc plating and blue zinc plating and blue zinc plating would have long life time against rust

    Trampoline tube
Almost all are used galvanized steel. But different galvanized steel have different lifespan (even the same specification)
Galvanized steel specification like 42mm*2.0mm, 38*2.0mm, 38*1.5mm on frame.
I suggest you to choose 42mm*2.0mm as this is much more stronger and more durability

The Bed is almost always the same whichever trampoline you buy.
Polymesh, Permatron - whatever you wish to call it.
    There is practically no difference.
Beds on round trampolines do not contribute to bounce performance,
and on mid-range trampolines problems are very rare indeed,
so therefore not so much a distinguishing feature.

  3. Step 3

About V-rings between mat and springs
there are 1.5 inch and 2 inch in wideth
Naturally 2 inch V-rings has more stitching so it would be more stronger.
And try to choose stitching that is parallel and thread is anti-oxidation and UV-resistant as maybe your trampoline need to leave out all year round.

    About "T" connection

Try to choose trampolines are weldless "T" connection as weld connection could be
break if the weld is not very good.

    Enclosure

Enclosure is very important to the safety of a trampoline
Try to choose a trampoline with stronger enclosure itself and stronger in connection and poles should be outside of net.
