Things You'll Need:

• Administrator access to your computer.

1. Reboot your computer in Window's safe mode by rapidly depressing the keyboard "F8" function key during the rebooting process.

2. Navigate your Window's Explorer to the "Windows\Internet Logs" folder on your computer's local drive by left clicking My Computer>Your Computer's Local Drive (Normally labeled the C Drive).

3. Delete all files that end in the .rdb file extension.

4. Restart your computer and open Zone Alarm. It will no longer have any passwords associated with the program.
