  • Water
  • Spray bottle
  • High-quality duct tape
  • Latex paint
  • Plastic wrap

      Create a mix of soap and water in a spray bottle--1/2 water, 1/2 soap.

      Spray the soapy water mix all over the asbestos pipe wrap.

      Cover the asbestos pipe wrap completely with plastic wrap.

      Take the high-quality duct tape and tape the ends, securing the plastic wrap in place.

      Use the latex paint and paintbrush to paint the ends, designated by the duct tape.
