Meet Howie and win a million dollars. What can be better? But first you need to know how to be eligible for the show. It's not that easy to be selected, but it's not that hard to prepare yourself to possibly be picked.
Print out application form, from NBC.com Casting page. Once you've printed it out, fill out all spaces. -
Step 2
Check out all the requirements needed to be eligible for participation. Just go to Nbc.com under Deal or no Deal.

Step 3
What You Need to Send
Complete application package for Deal or No Deal must include:
Application form completed
Five minute videotape of you and your supporters.
A list of your supporters, included in the application form
A signed and dated Name and Likeness Release and Transfer of Rights form
Photocopy of driver's license
Two clear, recent pictures of yourself and each supporter, Labeled with each person's name and phone # on the back. -
Step 4
Sending Your Deal or No Deal Application Package
Once you have all of the paperwork, pictures, and your videotape ready , send your application package to:

Then sit back and pray!
