Things You'll Need:
- sponge
- microwave
- water
-
Step 1
We use them for all kinds of messes on dirty surfaces.Think about your sponge and what you use it to clean- floors, toilets, counter-tops, plates, ect. Grab that nasty sponge and wet it thoroughly. Squeeze excess water out. I suggest you wear gloves. Replace those once a month as well.
-
Step 2
Be clean and save the environment by using sponges!Place sponge on small plate in microwave. You do not want the sponge touching the large microwave turning plate.
-
Step 3
Replace sponges when they start losing their fibers which should be at least once every 2-3 weeks.Microwave on high for 3 minutes and watch the germs get killed and your sponge renewed. If your sponge is still really wet, microwave until semi-dry. Tah-Dah! Your sponge is now disease-ridden free of microbes from everyday cleaning.
