1. First you must make sure you have the education required. You have to at least have a Bachelors Degree but a Masters Degree would help even more

2. It would be a great idea to take additional classes in business and psychology.

3. You must work as a Human Resource or a Training Specialist for 5-10 years.

4. You need to study Business and Leadership as one of the subjects at degree level. This will widen your horizon of thinking.

5. Finally you must be able to reinforce positive and progressive change.
