Do you want to become a career coach? Career Coaching is a rewarding career. It is the perfect next step for a Human Resource professional to move to. You will help your clients decide on what type of career they are interested in and how to pursue it. You will help your clients develop their best attributes. So how do you become a Career Coach?

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    First you must make sure you have the education required. You have to at least have a Bachelors Degree but a Masters Degree would help even more

  2. Step 2

    It would be a great idea to take additional classes in business and psychology.

  3. Step 3

    You must work as a Human Resource or a Training Specialist for 5-10 years.

  4. Step 4

    You need to study Business and Leadership as one of the subjects at degree level. This will widen your horizon of thinking.

  5. Step 5

    Finally you must be able to reinforce positive and progressive change.

  • It takes a very motivated and affective person to become a career coach.
  • The job can become very redundant at times.
